This quick guide walks you through the steps to check open trades for a specific client in the FXCRM portal.

Login to the Backoffice Portal
Start by accessing the FXCRM portal using your credentials. Kindly refer image 1.1.45.1a for detailed information.image 1.1.45.1a

Search for the Client
Navigate to the Client Listing section under Accounts. Use the search function to locate the specific client by name, email, or account number. Kindly refer image 1.1.45.2a for detailed information.

View Account Listing
Once you’ve found the client, click Manage and select View Account Listing. Kindly refer image 1.1.45.3a and image 1.1.45.3b for detailed information.

Access the Trading Account
From the list of trading accounts, identify the one you want to review. Click Manage next to the relevant account. Kindly refer image 1.1.45.4a for detailed information.

Open Trade History
In the account management view, click on View Trade History to access the trading activity. Kindly refer image 1.1.45.5a for detailed information.

Filter for Open Trades

Select the appropriate MT4/MT5 server.

Choose Open Trade as the filter option.

Click Search to display the current open trades for the selected account. Kindly refer image 1.1.45.6a for detailed information.

Review the Results
You should now see a list of all active open trades for that account.
