Locking an account is essential for security and access control. Follow the steps below to lock an account in the StoneInno CRM system.
Step-By-Step
- Login into the StoneInno BackOffice
Access your Stoneinno backoffice account. Kindly refer image 1.1.19.1a for detailed information.

Dashboard, go to Accounts > Client and search for the client's Email. Kindly refer image 1.1.19.2a for detailed information.

Locate the account you want to lock and Click Manage on the selected account. Kindly refer image 1.1.19.3a for detailed information.image 1.1.19.3a
- Lock the Account
In the account management options, find Lock Account. Click Lock Account to proceed. Kindly refer table 1.1.19.4a for detailed information.
