Updating member profiles is a crucial process to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information in the StoneInno CRM system. Follow these steps to review and approve or reject profile update requests.
Step-By-Step
- Login into the StoneInno BackOffice
Access your Stoneinno backoffice account. Kindly refer image 1.1.18.1a for detailed information.

Go to Approval > Account >Profile Update and search for the client's Email. Kindly refer image 1.1.18.2a for detailed information.

Click Approve to view the details of the requested changes. Kindly refer image 1.1.18.3a for detailed information.image 1.1.18.3a
- Approve or Reject KYC
Kindly refer table 1.1.18.4a for detailed information.
Approve If the information is correct, click Approve to confirm the update.
Reject If the request needs to be rejected, click Reject and provide a professional remark. Note: The rejection remark will be visible to the client via email, so ensure clarity and professionalism in your response.
