- Login into the Zendesk Agent Account

Access the Ticket
In Zendesk, open the relevant ticket or Add Ticket (just to view Articles). Kindly refer image 1.1.21.2a for detailed information.

Navigate to Knowledge Section

Search for the Article

Open the Article Page
Once you have located the article, you will be directed to the Article page which is in the Zendesk Help Centre. Kindly refer image 1.1.21.5a for detailed information.

Change the Language
Scroll down to the bottom of the page. On the right-hand side, you will see an English (US) button. Click on it and select your preferred language. Kindly refer image 1.1.21.3a for detailed information.
