If a client wishes to update their verified email address, please follow the steps below. This guide is intended to assist the internal trading team in providing clear instructions to clients.

Log in to the Client Portal
Go to the Client Portal and enter your username and password to log in. Kindly refer image 5.1.7.1a for detailed information.

At the top menu bar, click on the profile name or icon to open the profile settings. Kindly refer image 5.1.7.2a for detailed information.image 5.1.7.2a
- Find Email Address Section
Under the “Personal Information” tab, you will see the registered email address. Kindly refer image 5.1.7.3a for detailed information.

Next to the email address, there is a “Change” button they need to click. Kindly refer image 5.1.7.4a for detailed information.

Enter New Email & Submit
A pop-up window will appear. Clients can enter their new email address here and click “Submit” to update. Kindly refer image 5.1.7.5a for detailed information.image 5.1.7.5a
Note: This guide is only applicable for clients whose emails are already verified.
