Although it's a frequent request to modify a referral Introducing Broker (IB) in our internal system, it's crucial to adhere to the correct protocols to guarantee a seamless transition.
This guidelines will walk you through the essential requirements, necessary paperwork, and the precise actions to finish the change when it comes to modifying a referral IB. This is intended to assist our internal team in effectively managing such changes while making sure that all operational and regulatory requirements are satisfied.

Step-By-Step
- Log In to StoneInno Backoffice
Access your Stoneinno backoffice account. Kindly refer image 3.1.4.1a for detailed information.image 3.1.4.1a

Check Client Profiles
2.1 Review Floating Trades
Submit a request via JIRA to Dealing Team to change check client's floating trade.
2.2 Confirm New IB Details & MT4/MT5 Account Type
Consult with the Team Leader (TL) or Senior(s) for validation.
2.3 Change Client MT4 AccountSubmit a request via JIRA to Dealing Team to change client's MT4 account type.

Update the Client's Default Affiliate
Go to Member Listing > Manage > Update Client's Default Affiliate and enter the IB's email address in the New Referral column. Kindly refer image 3.1.4.4a for detailed information.

Double-Check Email and ID: Ensure both match the new IB.

Confirm all updates are accurate. The referral IB change is now complete!
