Updating member profiles is a crucial process to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information in the StoneInno CRM system. Follow these steps to review and approve or reject profile update requests.
Step-By-Step
- Login into the StoneInno BackOffice
Access your Stoneinno backoffice account. Kindly refer image 1.1.21.1a for detailed information.

Go to Report > Wallet > Wallet Transaction (Select the dropdown). Kindly refer image 1.1.21.2a for detailed information.
